How strong are pet porte cat flaps

My apologies if the question has been answered elseware. I have searched but could not find a sutiable answer.

I have tried catmate and staywell magnetic locking cat flaps. Both are ok for nosey moggies that try to get in to steal food. But i seem to have a more determined selection on moggies in my area.
I will try to explain.. The 2 catflaps above employ a single plastic locking lever at the bottom of the flap door, this does in fairness deter most cats from entering uninvited.
All's well I here you cry.

I found a uninvted guest in my kitchen and frighted it so much it peeded the full length of the kitchen before making its escape through the cat flap. Messy....
It was'nt until later i found out what happened. one of my own cats had lost her collar with the magnetic dongle. She is a large and very strong cat and just simply pressed her head against the plastic flap. this caused the flap to distort enough to be released from the locking lever. Soon after i discovered this, evey cat on the planet was in my kitchen again.
I have now removed the flap and boarded the hole up. This is not fair on my cats and me. Normally when they want to go out at 3 in the morning.

My question is;
Is this cat flap and locking mecanisim stong enough to stop any steroid powered thug moggies from trashing my kitchen?

Has anyone had a simular situation that this cat flap has resolved.

The microchip cat flap has been CE tested. They added weights to the cat flap until they found the weight that broke the door and it took 15kg of weight to do it.

Remember the best microchip for this cat flap is Bayer Tracer. The second best is Identichip.
