| Hi We've recently got our Pet Porte and have been waiting for a builder to come to fit it as it has to go through a wall. We hadn't actually switched it on until today to test it just to make sure. I'm glad we did because the lights haven't come on, which the instructions state would happen, and we just get a constant beeping noise. Pressing the green button stops the noise as does the red but as soon as you take your finger off you get the noise again! Pressing them both together changes the beep to a slightly different but equally as annoying beep! I'm assuming we've just been unlucky and got a faulty unit and we need to return it. Does this seem right to you? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Alex |

| Hi, All our cat flaps are carefully tested before depatch and sent with insured delivery. Also we ensure that all parcels are very carefully packaged. We do ask that in these situations you agree to co-operate with the insurance claim process.
