Four Weeks Delivery?????

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I'm out of the office until Sunday but if you email james@microchipcatflaps.co.uk including your name I will be able to trace your order.

There was a delay sending out white door versions and wall tunnels however the fulfillment company has nearly cleared the backlog now.

You will be sent an email confirmation when your order ships. The current waiting time for new orders is 2 to 6 days so we are now back on track.

The delay was beyond out control and due to customs and excise stopping the entire cargo container which had the wall tunnels and white door versions. This resulted in an expected delay. Had we received the goods on time there would not have been any gap in stock.

We have taken measures to ensure that this does not happen again in the future and will soon be getting a live stock level count on the website so that future customers will be able to see what is in stock before ordering.

I sincerely apologise for the delays.

That's not good enough, I want a total refund, I think your company are disgusting and your customer service stinks.
It has been one month today we still haven't recieved the goods, and you have ignored loads of emails i've sent
we are going to recoup the monies from our credit card company.

To cancel please email james@microchipcatflaps.co.uk including your name so that we can locate your order details. We will give you a full refund no questions asked.

Remember you also have a full 30 days to try the product out in your own home after delivery. If you aren't 100% delighted we will refund you in full.

Again I apologise for the delays that were beyond our control.
