Exclamation Wall tunnel pieces
Hi, I have placed two separate orders for eight wall tunnel pieces altogether and would like to know when I will receive them as I have a builder working at my house at the moment who I want to fit the tunnel pieces. Please advise when I will receive these. I placed the orders on the 3rd and 5th of October.

I'm very sorry about the delay on the wall tunnels. There is a global shortage of them at the moment! We are expecting more stock within the next 7 days and that will clear the oldest orders and we have many more arriving after that so should be well stocked again soon.

Thanks for letting me know. It's just that I currently have a hole in my wall where my builder needs to install the cat flap and cats keep escaping so I want to get the flap fitted ASAP. Please keep me posted as to when the tunnels are being sent out. Thanks.

Any more news on when the wall tunnels are coming in? Specifically, do you have any idea of when I'll get mine???

You will have them on either Satuday or Monday provided there are no further delays.

I'm sorry there has been another delay due to Customs once again.

The wall tunnels and white door versions will not be released from the port until Monday or Tuesday. This means an expected delivery date of Wednesday or Thursday.

Please be assured that we are ordering larger volumes to prevent running out of stock again and we are hiring an expert logistics consultant to avoid any stock shortages occuring in the future.

Hi, please advise if you have the wall tunnels now? You said there was a customs delay but surely you have them now? I desperately need them ASAP and have been waiting nearly a month for them!!

Hi,

I know this is a problem at the moment but as I just mentioned in the other thread the backlog is nearly cleared now.

Everything finally arrived yesterday once Customs & Excise released the stock at Portsmouth.

We are back on track with our 2 to 6 day delivery once again.

I apologise once more for the recent delays.
