Neighbours cat activates our flap

Bought the Pet Porte cat flap and love it. Like the various modes etc. We have three cats and it's good to know they are locked in after dark.
Tonight we heard the petporte beeping when our cats were all tucked up in bed. When we looked at the flap another cat with a magnetic collar was pressing against the door. The flap was beeping. Not sure if it could have got in but the beep has us concerned. Any thoughts?

Please can you tell me the serial number of your cat flap?

Take a look at this topic: Its gone mad.....

It could be that if you have one of the older ones that was shipped without the high security mode activated then you need to activate it to prevent interferrence from tricking your cat flap into thinking your cat is present.
